RISE TOGETHER FAQS

HOW TO REGISTER TO ATTEND AND/OR PURCHASE A WATCH PARTY KIT FOR WAR CHILD'S RISE TOGETHER:

To register follow these steps:

1. Go to https://warchild.ejoinme.org/donate

2. Add the number of complimentary guest admissions. (ex. you and one guest) or select the number of Watch Party Host Packages you want to purchase. The Watch Party Host Packages comes with one (1) host admission and nine (9) guest admissions. You can add in your guest information or add in later using the registration code sent to you the first time you registered.

3. Should you choose to donate to War Child pre-event, please add in your chosen donation amount under "I would like to make a donation." Your donation will be made in Canadian dollars. USA attendees, please make your donation via warchildusa.org/covid in order to receive a taxable receipt. You will need to register on this platform to watch Rise Together and bid on auction items.

4. As a convenience, you may pre-register a credit card on the submission page to charge your donation or auction items during 'Rise Together' or you can choose to add your credit card information at a later time, just be sure to add it into your attendee profile before the event begins! Check the box or leave it blank, then hit "Next".

5. Add in your group name. If you are a single attendee this can be your name.

6. Fill out your information under "Detailed Information" then hit "Next".

7. Look through your donation details and then input your credit card details under "Card Holder Information"

8. Check the box that confirms your electronic signature.

9. Click the "I am not a robot" captcha.

10. Click the "Submit for Processing" button.

11. You are done! Thank you so much for your support. We look forward to seeing you on December 7th at 8pm EST!
